1. Nature of the services
The services provided by Event Rhapsody include individually planned celebrations, ceremonies, decorations and other related organizational work. Each order is unique and requires advance preparation and time resources.
2. Advance payment refund
Most services are only provided after an advance payment.
The advance payment is non-refundable.unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the performance of the service.
Exceptions are only possible in the following cases:

for an event unexpectedly cancelled due to force majeure

by mutual agreement
3. Cancellation of services at the initiative of the client
If the customer decides to cancel the service:

60+ days before the event – partial refund (up to 50% of the amount) is possible if no significant expenses were incurred.

4. Cancellation of the service at the initiative of the service provider
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the service cannot be provided on my (Kristina Vanagienė's) initiative:
